Position Overview As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in daily warehouse operations, including receiving shipments, managing inventory, preparing outbound orders, and maintaining an organized and safe work environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to operate warehouse equipment safely, and a commitment to accuracy and productivity. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips. Inspect incoming materials and ensure products are in good condition before storage. Accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Place received inventory into designated warehouse locations and maintain accurate inventory records. Operate forklifts and electric ride-on pallet jacks safely and efficiently. Conduct cycle counts, inventory replenishment, and inventory audits as needed. Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization while following all safety procedures. Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and operational efficiency. Report inventory discrepancies, damaged products, or safety concerns to warehouse leadership. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or distribution experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts and electric ride-on pallet jacks. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with inventory and documentation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team while following established safety guidelines. Preferred Soft Skills Reliable and punctual attendance. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
