Allianz Life requires a criminal background check and credit check on employees applying for a position requiring securities registrations, officer level and above positions, and positions included in the Allianz Group Fit and Proper Policy. You will be responsible for managing the expense reporting process for Distribution employees. Specific duties will include ensuring accurate and timely submission of all expense reports, ensuring adherence to both ALFS and Corporate expense policies, and completing other miscellaneous duties as requested. This position requires a high level of time management and organization skills.What you do:
Manage expense management process for Distribution employees. Maintain a strong understanding of internal controls and policies- Travel and Entertainment Policy
- Cash/Non Cash policy
- Expense Reimbursement policy.
What you bring:
2 or more years experience required High School diploma required Able to perform repetitive tasks on a daily basis. May sit for long periods of time and work on a keyboard. You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
