Responsibilities:

Confirm the needed parts for service and install schedule and stage for the following day

Assist field technicians with locating and loading parts

Assist with walk-in customers

Promote open and positive communication, both in verbal and written form with team members, departments, customers, and vendors

Maintain high quality service delivery in an efficient, productive, and profitable manner

Coordinate and perform administrative tasks as needed to assist the service department

Promote safety always and participate in weekly toolbox talks

Assist with van cleaning when needed

Analyze warehouse efficiency and recommend changes to improve

Assist with warehouse cleaning and maintenance

Open and close branch as needed

Assist in maintaining dumpster area cleanliness

Perform periodic inventory counts

Cross check bill of landing with product received

Provide exceptional customer service via phone and in person for walk-in customers

Other duties as assigned
