IQ Resource Group is hiring a Warehouse/Picker for a leading company in Northfield, Minnesota!

Schedule:

1:00pm until complete (7.5-8 hours) Must be available on Friday's and Sunday's.

Pay:

$21.00 an hour! Help keep products and materials moving efficiently throughout the warehouse. This position will load and unload trucks, carts, and pallets, restock inventory, operate warehouse equipment, and help maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities:

Load, unload, move, and organize products and materials. Operate forklifts, powered pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment. Restock and replenish warehouse inventory as needed. Use a computer system to process incoming and outgoing orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse in accordance with company safety and sanitation standards. Properly dispose of materials and keep work areas free of hazards. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements. Meet established productivity and attendance expectations. Safely operate all equipment required for the position. Work effectively with team members and other departments. Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Comfortable with frequent bending, kneeling, reaching, and standing. Previous forklift or warehouse equipment experience preferred. Basic computer skills. Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment. IND123
