This role is a mix of warehouse and fulfillment work with light retail. You'll spend most of your time pulling, packaging, and organizing products for shipping or events. Responsibilities Pull and organize products for trade shows and help load/unload the van Assist with shipping and receiving of orders Count in, sort, and label new inventory Cut fabric or materials for makers to use in production Package finished products for customers and wholesale orders Light cleaning and workspace organization Press clothing on heat press and fold with shirt folder

This position involves moving between different work areas depending on what needs to be packed, stocked, organized, or shipped.

Our workspace includes:

Basement studio: Shipping, order fulfillment, packaging, labeling, inventory prep, and other day-to-day tasks are completed here.

Garage warehouse:

Most finished product inventory and event supplies are stored in our attached garage. The garage has heaters and fans, but temperatures will naturally vary throughout the year.

Multiple levels:

You'll regularly use stairs while moving between the studio, garage, and other work areas, sometimes while carrying products, boxes, or supplies.

Off-site storage:

We also maintain a nearby storage unit. Trusted team members may occasionally help retrieve, organize, or return inventory there after they have been trained and are comfortable working independently. This is an active, hands-on position rather than a traditional desk or climate-controlled warehouse job. You should be comfortable moving throughout the workspace, using stairs regularly, working in varying temperatures, and switching between shipping, inventory, organization, and other warehouse tasks throughout your shift.

Schedule Tuesdays:
