This role ensures materials are handled efficiently and safely to support timely customer deliveries. Key Responsibilities Stock and organize products safely and accurately. Pull and prepare customer orders for pick-up or delivery. Load and unload the delivery trucks. Count and verify incoming and outgoing inventory. Rotate stock and report any damaged or missing items. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Follow company safety guidelines and procedures. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds continuously throughout the workday. Ability to move heavy products in busy warehouses and/or outdoor yards, using equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks, and involves active physical work. Minimum Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old. Ability to lift and handle freight/materials up to 75 pounds throughout the workday. Ability to read, write, understand, and communicating in English and/or bilingual (Spanish) may be required in specific locations. Comfortable using basic math in daily tasks. Preferred Qualifications Forklift experience or certification preferred (training and certification can be obtained after hire through company training) The base salary for this position typically falls within the range of $19.00 to $20.91 per hour. Starting wage may vary based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position being offered, location, education, training, and/or experience. SRS Distribution offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits. Hourly associates may be eligible for overtime based on business needs. Depending on the role, associates may also be eligible for performance-based bonus programs, commissions, car allowance or automobile and fuel program, and reimbursement for travel expenses in accordance with company travel policy.
