Crystal Cabinet Works is seeking a Material Cart Handler to join our team in Princeton, MN! Since 1947, Crystal Cabinet Works has been a custom cabinet manufacturer located in central Minnesota. We are recognized for the exceptional value we build into every cabinet. We sell our fine cabinetry through independent kitchen and bath dealers throughout the USA and Canada. Monday-Thursday 5:00 AM - 3:15 PM ; Friday & Saturday OT hours as needed Salary Grade B $19.40 - $21.55
Job Summary:
The Material Cart Handler is responsible to safely and efficiently transport finished product via cart/string cart and return empty carts to the appropriate area(s) ensuring uninterrupted production.
Job Duties:
Prioritizes work to ensure finished product is in the appropriate area when needed. Understands the product flow of specific area(s) and moves product as needed or required. Loads and unloads finished product by hand. Returns empty carts/string carts. Communicates and interacts daily with all team members company-wide in a positive fashion. Inspects carts to ensure finished product will not be damaged while being transported. Transports finished product safely without injury to self or others. Required to manually push carts/string carts continuously during the work day. Responsible for internal quality expectations such as cleaning and inspecting finished paint product. Required to make minor repairs to cabinets and component parts. Ability to walk approximately eight to twelve miles on average per day, while physically moving product.
