Job Description
Koozie Group, formerly known as BIC Graphic, invites applications for the role of Material Handler within our dynamic Warehouse & Manufacturing department. As a pivotal part of our operations, this position focuses on ensuring the efficient movement and storage of various materials, including raw materials, finished products, and equipment essential for our promotional product manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of materials essential to our daily operations, upholding the high standards that our clients expect from a leading promotional products company. Responsibilities Load, unload, and move products and materials by hand or using basic material handling equipment Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload and move materials and products Pick orders from warehouse stock based on provided order forms or specifications Contribute to inventory controls by recording exactly the quantities of materials handled Adhere to safety management and operational policies and procedures Maintain a clean and safe work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat Report any discrepancies in inventory levels and any quality issues immediately to the supervisory Assist in waste disposal and recycling activities Required Skills Proficient in using material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks Good physical condition, able to lift heavy objects, and stand for extended periods Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures Ability to read and write, and perform simple mathematical calculations Clear communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
