Material Handler /
Warehouse Associate Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM | Overtime rarely required
Pay Range:
$19.00 - $23.00/hr (commensurate with experience)

June 1st About the Opportunity A well-established manufacturing organization is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Material Handler to join their warehouse operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a background in manufacturing, life sciences, or regulated industries who thrive in a fast-paced, process-driven environment. What You'll Do Operate forklifts and other powered industrial equipment (PIT) for loading, unloading, moving, and stacking product. Process inbound and outbound orders accurately using an ERP system. Prepare and manage shipping documents including packing lists, BOLs, and shipping labels. Create and process repack orders; print and approve manufacturing/repack labels. Receive and break down raw materials; support finished goods movement between warehouse and production areas. Verify outbound product quality meets customer standards and ensure safe, proper pallet builds. Conduct cycle counts and inventory audits as assigned. Communicate professionally with internal teams and external vendors. Support continuous improvement and safety initiatives. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent. Recent, hands-on experience in a material handling or forklift operator role (shipping, receiving, packing, or processing). Active forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Comfort working within structured processes and procedures. Background in manufacturing or a regulated/technical industry is a plus (medical device, life sciences, or similar). Dependable attendance and a safety-first mindset.
