Part-Time Warehouse Associate (afternoon shift) Dey Distributing - 3.3 Vadnais Heights, MN Job Details Part-time $16 - $17 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Attention to detail Time management Full Job Description Dey Distributing is an established and successful appliance and HVAC parts company seeking a qualified candidate for a part-time warehouse position. This position is involved in all phases of the warehouse operation on a daily basis. Applicants must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask. Time management is important as all shipping and receiving must be completed by established carrier pickup times each day. The shifts will be Monday through Friday evenings from 3pm to 6:30 or 7pm depending on order volume. There may be some flexibility with start times. Responsibilities:

Work as part of a team to ensure that warehouse operations run smoothly Pick merchandise and transport it to the shipping bay Put together orders in a timely manner and pack them so that they are prepared for shipping Receive merchandise for return or delivery and verify its contents Identify damaged, lost, or missing merchandise and notify the warehouse supervisor immediately Count and stock merchandise

Required Qualifications:

Ability to work well as part of a team Time management Attention to detail A willingness to learn Ability to walk and stand for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50lbs on a regular basis Must be able to pass a background and drug test

Preferred Qualifications:

Warehouse experience Forklift experience
