We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join our production team. This position involves working in assembly and various production tasks to ensure efficient workflow and product quality. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assemble products according to work instructions and quality standards Operate basic hand tools and production machinery Perform material handling, sorting, packing, and labeling tasks Inspect products for defects and ensure they meet company standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and company policies Assist with other production tasks as needed

Requirements:

Ability to stand for long periods as well as some lifting Basic mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Good communication and teamwork skills Previous experience in assembly, manufacturing, or general labor is a plus but not required Previous experience in spot welding preferred but not required
