Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for reliable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our team across multiple shifts in a warehouse environment. In this role, you will be an essential part of our warehouse operations, handling the receiving, picking and distribution of products with precision and care. The ideal candidate is energetic, safety-conscious, and comfortable working with heavy equipment and warehouse management systems. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in inventory management and material handling while contributing to a fast-paced distribution operation. Responsibilities Operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently. Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using barcode scanning technology and warehouse management systems. Load and unload shipments while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements. Manage inventory by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and updating inventory management systems regularly. Assist with shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery accuracy. Maintain cleanliness and organization within cooler/freezer storage areas to meet safety standards. Support warehouse distribution activities by ensuring quality control during order picking, packing, and shipment processes. Qualifications Prior experience operating warehouse equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, barcode scanning for logistics, and inventory management is highly desirable. Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy items safely. Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments. Knowledge of safety protocols related to warehouse operations including PPE use and heavy equipment operation. Experience in order fulfillment, shipping & receiving, or warehouse supervision is a plus. Ability to work effectively across multiple shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
