Employee Assistance Program and mental health services What You'll Be Doing You'll work closely with the Warehouse Manager and field technicians to keep our warehouse organized, safe, and ready for the next day's service and installation schedules. Confirm the parts needed for upcoming service and installation jobs.
Stage parts and materials for the following day.
Help technicians locate and load the correct parts.
Receive incoming products and cross-check bills of lading.
Perform periodic inventory counts.
Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient.
Identify and recommend ways to improve warehouse operations.
Assist walk-in customers and provide support over the phone.
Help with van cleaning and general warehouse maintenance as needed.
Maintain the cleanliness of the dumpster area.
Complete administrative tasks that support the service department.
Open and close the branch as needed.
