Job Family (Department) Manufacturing Position Type Regular Job Overview If hands-on work and steady activity make your days go by faster, this role is sure to keep the momentum going. Marvin is seeking a Material Handler who will support the movement of materials to help deliver highquality products to customers on time. This role plays a key part in daytoday warehouse operations, focusing on accuracy, safety, and collaboration within a team environment. Work takes place in a clean, brightly lit, climatecontrolled facility designed with employee wellbeing in mind. Marvin offers a $5,000 relocation bonus after relocating to support your move to Warroad, MN. This is in addition to a comprehensive benefits package that includes health benefits starting on the first day of employment, paid time off, and a builtin pay raise after six months. Please note that housing is not provided. Highlights of your role Load and unload trucks by hand with accuracy and care. No forklifts required!

Use scanners and computer systems like ICIM to track materials and shipments.

Read and interpret customer orders and shipping labels to ensure correct delivery.

Inspect materials for quality and accuracy based on established guidelines.

Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms

Safely lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 100 lbs Also want to make sure you have Experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment

Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory software
