Job Summary Etterman Enterprises is seeking a self-motivated and dependable Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations. This role is responsible for pulling customer orders, shipping and receiving, maintaining parts inventory, assisting walk-in customers, and contributing to a safe, efficient, team-oriented work environment. Key Responsibilities Fill, pick, and prepare customer orders for shipment from designated stock locations Receive incoming parts and verify accuracy of shipments Assist with organizing bins and parts locations to maintain accurate inventory records Load and unload cargo using forklifts and other material-handling equipment Operate equipment and tools in accordance with safety guidelines Perform counter sales and assist walk-in customers Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily operational goals Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Personal Characteristics Dependable and punctual Strong attention to detail Positive attitude and strong work ethic Efficient with your work and organized Team-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Physical Requirements Candidates must be able to meet the following physical demands: Push and pull up to 60 pounds Lift and carry up to 60 pounds, including bulky objects Stand and walk for extended periods Use hands for handling, reaching, and operating controls Perform repetitive bending, kneeling, and climbing ladders Reach forward and overhead Ability to talk, hear, and perform neck and trunk rotation as required Work Environment Hours 8:00am to 5:00 pm Monday - Friday Climate controlled warehouse Benefits
