This role is ideal for someone who is: Detail-oriented and proactive Comfortable communicating with team members and supervisors Interested in long-term growth and leadership opportunities Strong performers in this role will have the opportunity to grow into Group Leader / Team Lead positions, with increased responsibility, compensation, and exposure to new projects. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and document incoming inventory Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders (UPS, FedEx, trucking, Amazon FBA) Work on the product refurbishment line (testing, cleaning, packaging) Use warehouse management systems to track inventory accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Communicate effectively with team members and leadership Support continuous improvement in workflow, quality, and efficiency Qualifications & Skills Previous warehouse, logistics, or production experience preferred (not required) Familiarity with order fulfillment and shipping processes Experience using warehouse or inventory management systems Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment (forklift / reach truck experience preferred) Forklift certification is a plus Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and accuracy Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Candidates with prior leadership experience or interest in team leadership are strongly encouraged to apply .
