Duties Operate warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems, and inventory management software to track stock levels and process transactions accurately Pick, pack, and prepare orders using RF scanners, order pickers, pallet jacks, and other equipment to ensure timely shipment Load and unload trucks safely using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling tools while adhering to safety protocols Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and inventory management practices, including stock replenishment and cycle counts Prepare shipments by packaging products according to shipping & receiving standards, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and customer specifications Assist with shipping logistics by coordinating with carriers, scheduling pickups, and tracking deliveries to meet delivery deadlines Support warehouse operations by stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems like AS400 or MRPs, and inventory management software is essential Demonstrated ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for inventory counts and order processing Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment is a strong plus; forklift certification is desirable Knowledge of shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes, and trade compliance regulations—including international trade regulations—is advantageous Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel for reporting purposes Excellent customer service skills to effectively communicate with team members and support internal/external stakeholders Join us as a Warehouse Associate where your energy fuels our success!
