Position Overview We're hiring a Warehouse Laborer to support daily packaging, material handling, and order fulfillment. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone who takes pride in efficiency and accuracy. Full training is provided, and high performers have strong opportunities to advance. Key Responsibilities Package activated carbon into drums, bags, and other containers according to company specifications Operate forklifts safely to move materials, load/unload trucks, and stage orders Fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring correct quantities and labeling Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and safety standards Assist with inventory counts and material tracking Follow all safety protocols related to handling activated carbon and warehouse operations Support operations and service teams as needed Qualifications Prior warehouse or labor experience preferred Forklift experience Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet throughout the shift Reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions Team-oriented attitude with willingness to learn new skills What We Offer $18/hr, paid semimonthly Health, dental, and vision benefits 401k with matching Full-time, day shift hours Company-paid training Advancement opportunities into a service technician Stable, long-term employment with a growing company
