We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, and skilled individual to join our team as a Maintenance Technician & Warehouse Support . This position combines day-to-day warehouse operations with general facility maintenance and hands-on support. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, and experienced with basic maintenance, repairs, tools, and general facility upkeep. Key Responsibilities Maintenance & Facility Support Perform general maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep. Troubleshoot and address basic maintenance issues as they arise. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Assemble, install, and maintain shelving, fixtures, furniture, and equipment. Assist with basic painting, drywall repairs, and other general facility maintenance. Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Assist with additional hands-on projects and operational tasks as needed.

Warehouse Duties:

Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently. Receive, inspect, organize, and stock incoming inventory. Meet daily shipping deadlines, including drop-ship orders requiring a 24-48 hour turnaround. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Perform routine inventory counts and report discrepancies. Assist with general warehouse organization, material handling, and day-to-day operational needs. Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, general maintenance, facilities support, or a related field. Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout most of the workday. Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds . Must be dependable, motivated, and have strong hands-on skills Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and general repairs. Strong hands-on mechanical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
