00/hour Perfect Attendance Incentive is available to eligible employees who meet the requirements of the incentive program and is applied to every hour worked during the applicable pay period. Advancement to Shipping Specialist is based on demonstrated job skills, safe equipment operation, and completion of required training rather than length of service alone. Timing varies by individual. Your First Six Months We'll tell you exactly what we're going to teach you: Picking, packing, and labeling orders. Reading customer requirements. Using RF barcode scanners and our shipping software. Shipping documentation and verification. Inventory counts and locations. Pallet jack and material handling equipment. Forklift training and certification. Coordinating full shipments start to finish, troubleshooting order issues, and working directly with production and customer service to keep orders moving. You'll have a trainer, not a manual. Nobody here expects you to figure it out alone. What You'll Do Pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment Read and follow customer-specific shipping instructions Process shipments using shipping software and RF barcode scanners Verify products, quantities, and documentation before orders leave the building Pull and count inventory accurately from warehouse locations Load, unload, and move materials using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and

• forklifts Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records Flag inventory discrepancies or shipping issues before they reach the customer Work with production and customer service to keep orders on schedule Keep the shipping area clean, organized, and safe, and follow all safety and quality procedures What We're Looking For We're not looking for a resume.

We're looking for someone who shows up, catches mistakes, and can be trusted with the last step before a customer sees our work. High school diploma or GED preferred Shipping, warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience is helpful but not required
