Job Description Role:

Industrial Utility Operator Environment:

Outdoor yard and indoor production, highly exposed to elements, and very dirty

Core Focus:

Heavy equipment operation, material production, and agressive fire-prevention cleanup Key Responsibilities Equipment Operation Operate off-road forklifts, standard forklifts, front-end loaders, and skid steers safely Perform daily maintenance on equipment, including fueling, greasing, and safety checks Assume full responsibility for the operational readiness of assigned machinery Material Handling and Production Support Prepare and stage raw materials efficiently for the primary Loader Operator. Rework and/or cut and dump product materials. Assist team members with unloading inbound shipments and staging goods when needed Deep Cleaning and Fire Prevention Execute continuous, heavy-duty cleaning of indoor and outdoor production areas Remove accumulated dust, debris, and byproduct to aggressively mitigate fire risks Maintain yard cleanliness by clearing debris and organizing outdoor storage zones Cross-Functional Team Support Step in to assist indoor operators with cleanup and production needs Support the packaging department by operating the wrapper machine when required Adapt to changing daily tasks to ensure smooth plant operations

Pay:
