Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse Specialist to manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe, efficient working environment. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the physical capability to handle warehouse demands.

Key Responsibilities of Warehouse Specialist:

Inventory Management Monitor and track stock levels to ensure accuracy. Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies. Implement effective inventory control strategies. Shipping & Receiving Coordinate all incoming shipments and outgoing orders. Ensure products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped on time. Maintain proper documentation of all shipping and receiving activities. Operations Management Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations. Develop and implement efficient workflow processes. Ensure compliance with quality control and safety standards. Warehouse Maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Inspect and manage warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning. Team Leadership Supervise and train warehouse staff. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical or operational issues.

Education & Experience Requirements of Warehouse Specialist:

High school diploma or equivalent (required). 2+ years of warehouse or logistics experience (preferred). Forklift certification or relevant machinery operation experience (a plus). #IND55
