Full-time Fussell Appliances is hiring a dependable, hardworking Appliance Warehouse Worker / Dolly Hand for our Joplin location. This is a hands-on, physically demanding position. You will spend your day unloading appliances, moving large appliances with a dolly, organizing the warehouse, and learning how to test appliances for proper operation. Previous appliance experience is NOT required. We are willing to train the right person. We are looking for someone who shows up, works hard, is mechanically inclined, and wants to learn. What You'll Do Unload approximately 1-2 appliance trailers per day Safely move refrigerators, washers, dryers and other large appliances using a dolly Organize and move inventory throughout the warehouse Learn to test appliances for proper operation Identify basic appliance problems and assist with troubleshooting Maintain a clean, safe and organized work area Help with other warehouse duties as needed What We're Looking For Valid driver's license — required Reliable transportation to and from work Dependable attendance and punctuality Ability to safely handle and maneuver large appliances Comfortable performing physical work throughout the workday Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with your hands Willing and able to learn appliance testing and basic troubleshooting Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Previous warehouse, appliance, maintenance, automotive, construction, HVAC or other mechanical experience is a plus, but it is not required. If you have a strong work ethic, mechanical ability and the willingness to learn, we will train you.
