• Job Title: Warehouse Worker

• Job Description
• We are looking for dedicated warehouse workers to assist with the packing and processing of plastic lids used for coffee containers, cans, and sprinkles.

The role involves assisting machines, removing lids from the line, and packing them into boxes, requiring a fair amount of bending. While the job does not involve heavy lifting, it does require standing for 12-hour shifts, so comfortable shoes are essential. Our facility is equipped with squishy mats at workstations to enhance comfort during shifts.

• Responsibilities
• + Adhere to all Safety, GMP, and Food Safety requirements while maintaining cleanliness standards in your work area.

+ Communicate safety, quality, and equipment issues to appropriate personnel or activate the help board as needed.

+ Monitor stacking and conveyance systems to prevent scrap resulting from jam-ups.

+ Meet scrap management requirements and properly segregate scrap versus regrind.

+ Recycle as much scrap as possible.

+ Interact with QA Technicians and provide information and samples of defective products.

+ Empowered to hold products suspected to be defective.

+ Erect cartons and stack boxes of product onto skids as directed by the Team Lead or as necessary.

+ Assist Team Lead with labeling of corrugate.

+ Read and understand shop orders.

+ Demonstrate good time management skills to accomplish all tasks associated with the position.

+ If certified, train others in molding department to maintain OJT trainer position.

+ Cross-train on multiple machines and processes.

+ Perform other tasks as directed.

• Essential Skills
• + Packing and production experience preferred. + Ability to stand for long periods and perform tasks requiring bending. + Good time management skills. + Basic understanding of shop orders.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Entry-level position with preferred warehouse experience. + Willingness to cross-train on multiple machines and processes.

25 - $19.25/hr.
