$17.00 / hour Job Description Material Handler with Forklift Experience Liberty, NC $17+ DOE M-Th 7am-5:30pm As a Warehouse Associate you will perform the material handling, forklift operations, and warehouse functions that are required for the manufacturing, shipping/receiving, moving, storing, and packing of raw materials, purchased parts, and finished products.

Basic Qualifications:

Able and willing to drive a forklift, previous forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus. Must be willing to learn the use of Overhead cranes for loading trailers onto trucks. Able to read and understand CAD drawings. Able to read a tape measure down to at least 1/16". Good math skills and able to add/subtract/multiply/divide with a calculator. Basic understanding and user of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word. Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.

Top Candidates Qualifications may include:

5 years of forklift experience. 5 years warehouse/shipping/receiving experience. Experience handling steel or wood over 16 feet long with a forklift. Experience operating overhead cranes. Physically fit. Military Service.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work in fast paced, high pressure, heavy duty assembly environment. Employee is exposed to outside weather conditions including heat, cold, rain and snow.

Occasionally required to:

Climb, walk or balance using a ladder. Climb on a trailer. Push or pull items. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Follow all Plant Safety guidelines and PPE requirements. Work individually or on a team in a safety and quality focused environment. Will be required to use overhead cranes, hoists, forklifts, or pallet jacks to move large components or parts in and out of an area. Perform material handling, unloading/loading parts from tubs or baskets. Share duties with Shipping & Receiving as needed. Store and identify materials in their designated locations. Required to maintain neat and clean warehouse/storage areas. Perform other work related duties as assigned. #LIND26
