We are committed to delivering exceptional products and services to our clients while maintaining a strong emphasis on safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated and skilled CDL Drivers - Materials Handlers to join our team. As a Material Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely preparing materials, equipment and various products for delivery, while also assisting with inventory management tasks within our facility. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Four Day Work Week:

5:00AM - 3:30PM, M-Th

Three Day Work Week:

5:00AM - 5:30PM, F-Su (11% Shift Differential) Van-Am provides a full employee benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, disability and 401K!

Material Handler Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials from vehicles, ensuring proper handling and secure transportation.

Perform material handling tasks, including organizing, labeling, and maintaining inventory.

Communicate effectively with coworkers, and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, promoting a culture of safety within the team.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment in the warehouse.

Material Handler:

At least two years of experience as a Material Handler in a manufacturing environment.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Ability to safely and efficiently operate various types of forklifts.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift and carry heavy objects.

Basic computer skills for documentation and communication purposes.
