About the Role We're looking for a detail-oriented, people-friendly team member to fill a dual role at our store: part warehouse fulfillment, part repair shop front-line support. Most of your week will be spent as the operational hub of our repair/service center, with the rest dedicated to getting online orders out the door quickly and accurately. This is a great fit for someone who likes variety, stays organized under a mix of physical and administrative tasks, and enjoys direct customer interaction.

What You'll Do:

Repair Shop Administration (~85% of your time) Answer phone and email inquiries about repairs, estimates, and turnaround times Check in new repair items from customers, documenting condition and issue details Communicate repair estimates to customers and secure approval before work begins Enter and maintain repair tickets in our shop management system Support general front-of-house and service center operations E-Commerce Shipping & Fulfillment (~15% of your time) Pick inventory and pack outgoing online orders (mouthpieces, trumpets, cases, bass guitars, and accessories) Print labels and ship packages accurately and on time Update customers with correct tracking information Maintain an organized, efficient shipping station What We're Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable multitasking between hands-on warehouse work and detailed admin/data entry Organized and dependable; able to prioritize between two distinct workflows in the same shift Basic computer proficiency (order systems, email, ticketing/POS software) Experience with band/orchestral instruments, music retail, or a repair shop a plus, but not required Ability to lift and carry packages

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
