Material Handler

Material Handler Location:

Stoutland, MO | On-site Be the link between our warehouse and production floor. As a Material Handler, you'll keep materials moving—using forklifts and other equipment—so the right parts are in the right place at the right time, and our team can keep building high‑quality signs without missing a beat. What You'll Do Pull, stage, and deliver materials to production areas based on work orders and schedules. Safely operate forklifts and other approved equipment to move materials throughout the warehouse and production floor. Load and unload trucks, verify incoming materials, and move them to the correct locations. Keep material areas clean, organized, clearly labeled, and easy for others to find what they need. Assist with basic inventory counts and immediately report low, missing, or damaged items. Work closely with inventory, shipping, and production to support daily production goals. What You Bring Reliable, safety‑minded, and comfortable working on your feet in a warehouse/production environment. Ability to lift, move, and handle materials using proper technique and safe work practices. Willingness to operate forklifts and other material‑handling equipment (previous forklift experience or certification is a plus; we can train the right person if needed). Strong organization skills and attention to detail with labels, counts, and locations. Clear, respectful communication with supervisors and co‑workers. Previous warehouse, material handling, or manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required for the right person.
