Job Description
Cargill is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to support our manufacturing operations, helping us continue our mission to nourish and sustain the global community. This role is pivotal in maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse processes, including the handling, storing, and transporting of agricultural products and other materials. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate various types of warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) to load, unload, transport, and store goods efficiently. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and locations for easy retrieval and stock monitoring. Follow safety guidelines and practices to ensure a safe work environment for all employees. Perform regular equipment checks and coordinate maintenance and repairs as needed. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry standards and enhance job performance. Assist in inventory audits and ensure compliance with quality standards. Collaborate with other team members to meet production targets and deadlines. Required Skills Ability to operate warehouse machinery, such as forklifts and pallet jacks. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and record-keeping efficiently. Good physical stamina and strength for handling large and heavy goods. Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory and adherence to quality standards.
