!! Purpose Wrecker Sales is looking for a motivated individual to join our Parts department team. The Parts Warehouse Associate will be responsible for loading and unloading shipments and checking in stock, looking up product information and warehouse organization. May be required to drive a company vehicle within assigned areas to pick up or transport parts as assigned. Supported by dedicated sales, administrative, parts, and service teams, we provide top-tier customer support in a safe, year-round active work environment. Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our Parts Department as a Warehouse Specialist. In this role, you will handle order fulfillment, inventory management, general warehouse organization.
Key Responsibilities Parts Shipping:
Package orders securely, generate packing slips and bills of lading, schedule LTL shipments, and coordinate carrier pickups to ensure safe, accurate delivery.
Parts Receiving:
Inspect incoming shipments against packing slips, verify product quantities, apply accurate labels, log items into the ERP inventory system, and restock warehouse locations.
Parts Warehouse Maintenance:
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment in both the parts warehouse and customer counter areas.
Inventory & Systems:
Utilize computer systems to track inventory, process logistics documents, and send internal communications. Qualifications & Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license and dependable transportation. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer literacy (experience with ERP software or inventory systems is a plus). Previous warehouse, logistics, or automotive parts experience is preferred, but on-the-job training is provided for motivated candidates.
