Equipment Material Handler - Job Description Summary / Objective The Equipment Material Handler is responsible for the accurate and efficient completion of the order fulfillment process. This includes handling, selecting, verifying, packaging, labeling, staging, and shipping products in alignment with operational standards. Essential Functions Transport, select, identify, verify, package, label, and prepare products for shipment. Compare picking or packing lists with customer documents to ensure accuracy. Recount products before shipment to verify quantities. Label and address products and transport them to the designated staging area. Ensure all products meet required specifications before packing and shipping. Handle all products in accordance with established customer and internal procedures. Communicate effectively with warehouse team members, management, and customers. Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Experience operating material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, walkie riders, reach trucks, stretch wrappers, and scales (preferred). Forklift and Reach/Order Picker certification (required). Experience using warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and/or voice systems (preferred). Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment focused on safety, customer satisfaction, and productivity. Minimum Physical Requirements Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work may be required. Ability to work various shifts on short notice. Ability to stand for extended periods. Must be able to manually lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs (team lifting) when necessary.

Pay Details:
