Job Description

HPJ is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Office/Warehouse Associate to support both administrative functions and hands-on warehouse operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, works well in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. What You'll Do As an Office/Warehouse Associate, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse and office aligned by handling records, coordinating shipments, and supporting daily operations. Assist internal departments with scheduling, data entry, and document management Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized filing systems Upload shipping and operational documents to customer portals Create Bills of Lading (BOLs) for outbound shipments Open, route, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail Answer incoming calls, handle inquiries, and greet visitors professionally Support warehouse operations, including the Hand Tote and ID tag machine operation Assist with inventory counts and help maintain accurate warehouse records Assign dock doors to freight carriers to ensure efficient pickups Coordinate with warehouse staff, customers, and logistics teams Perform other duties as assigned to support daily operations What We're Looking For Experience Minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse, logistics, customer service, or similar environment Education High school diploma or equivalent Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical, math, and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) If you're dependable, organized, and ready to contribute to a dynamic operation, we'd love to hear from you.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
