4 MS Hauling is a growing transportation and logistics company seeking a dependable and hardworking Loader to join our freight operations team. This position is responsible for supporting daily loading and unloading activities while ensuring freight, equipment, and materials are handled safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail. The ideal candidate is comfortable with physical work, follows safety procedures, and works effectively in a team-oriented, fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, unload, transport, and organize freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently Properly position, stack, and secure cargo to minimize damage during handling and transportation Follow company safety policies, operational procedures, and workplace guidelines at all times Work closely with drivers and team members to complete loading assignments and meet daily shipping schedules Maintain clean, organized, and safe loading areas while identifying and addressing potential hazards Check shipments for damages, shortages, or inconsistencies and report issues to supervisors Use basic material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, hand trucks, straps, and other loading tools

Qualifications:

Ability to perform physically demanding duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving heavy materials Reliable, responsible, and able to maintain strong attention to detail Ability to work independently while contributing to overall team success Comfortable working in outdoor conditions and varying weather environments Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and dependable attendance Previous experience in freight, warehouse, moving, or logistics operations is a plus but not required
