Job Duties Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Load and unload trucks using forklifts or other equipment (if certified) Organize and maintain inventory in designated storage areas Conduct inventory counts and report discrepancies Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety procedures and company policies Use warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners to track inventory Meet productivity and accuracy goals set by leadership Requirements Entry level Strong enough to lift 60 lbs and keep moving Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull materials and packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely work around warehouse equipment, conveyors, and moving inventory. You will verify inventory, prepare shipments, maintain accurate product locations, support order fulfillment, assist with inventory counts, and help ensure efficient warehouse operations while following established safety procedures.
