Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
The individual in this role is accountable for providing support to outbound operations by performing tasks such as picking, verifying, packing, managing queues, and shipping orders in alignment with customer specifications and requirements.Shift:
Monday- Friday, 1:45pm to 10:15pm
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Required to be able to operate a Reach Truck Maintain shipping records files. Safely and promptly load items onto material handling equipment. Manage daily dock assignments. Perform hourly dock checks. Read and interpret stage plans, pick lists, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) or work instructions (WI). Operate material handling equipment, including RF devices, label machines, weight scales, and powered equipment such as forklifts, pickers, or pallet jacks. Inspect material handling equipment, structures, or materials to identify any problems or defects. Mark and/or tag containers with identifying information. Assist in researching and identifying the root cause of shipping load discrepancies. Participate in a collaborative work environment utilizing effective communication and willingness to cross train to enhance team productivity, versatility, and skill development. Comply with comprehensive safety protocols and participate in ongoing training to ensure a secure work environment and maintain a safety-conscious culture. Follow all 5S principles and guidelines daily to optimize workflow, efficiency, and a clean work environment. Undertakes additional responsibilities and tasks as directed by management. High School Diploma or an equivalent qualification; 2 years' experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Work required shift- Monday

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Physical Demand Description Standing Must be able to frequently remain in a stationary position Walking, Reaching and Handling Must be able to frequently move about inside the warehouse to access product and machinery, etc. Must be able to stand and walk 60% of time, lift up to 40 lbs. normal, up to 70 lbs. less than 10% of time. Seeing Frequently reads various documents and operates computer and other office tools/databases/equipment. Talking and Hearing Frequently communicates with colleagues, co-workers, and customers.
