Job Description
About the
Position:
The Warehouse position in our Great Falls, MT branch serves as an interface with our valuable customers. Primary responsibilities of this role requires friendly, helpful and expeditious customer service to our VIP customers. We have thousands of parts for our many pieces of machinery and it is essential that our warehouse employees safely ship and receive parts orders ensuring accuracy in each order and to the expectations of our customers. Solid communication skills are necessary, as this role is responsible for contacting our customers to advise them of back order status updates. We need a team player who will partner with our parts counter staff to expedite the parts orders of our customers. Work in a safe manner and follow all company safety policies.Qualifications & Experience Needed:
A valid driver's license is required. Able to lift up to 50 pounds. Utilize a forklift. This is a physically demanding job that requires standing, walking and picking parts for an 8 hour day. Our customers are often under time constraints so the ability to handle working in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment is essential to be successful. A high school diploma combined with previous customer service experience is a great start for this role. CDL or ability to obtain a CDL preferred.
