$17.00 per hour

8 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday Real Work, Real Pay, Real People — Join Our Crew. Looking for Warehouse Packing Associate jobs in Apex where every day keeps products moving? This opportunity lets you support warehouse operations through picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory handling while helping ensure orders are completed safely and accurately. The Warehouse Packing Associate supports U.S.-based warehouse operations by performing a variety of duties including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping products. This role also provides operational support and may assist with leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Operations Manager. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED required. Forklift certification preferred or ability to obtain certification upon hire. Basic computer and warehouse technology skills, including experience with handheld scanners and inventory systems. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Experience Requirements Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics environment. Experience operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, and other material handling machinery. Strong inventory management, stock control, and order fulfillment experience. Amazon shipping database experience is a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational, math, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to work independently while supporting and training warehouse team members. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the warehouse for extended periods. Ability to safely lift and carry 60-80 pounds on a regular basis. Capable of operating warehouse equipment and handling materials in a fast-paced environment. Ability to perform physical inventory counts, including occasional work outside normal business hours. Ability to maintain productivity while meeting safety and quality standards. Job Duties Receive incoming shipments, unload containers, verify quantities, and review shipping documentation for accuracy. Stock, organize, replenish, and maintain warehouse inventory. Use handheld scanners to pick, stage, organize, and deliver finished goods accurately. Package customer orders using the most efficient and cost-effective shipping methods. Assist with shipping decisions based on package size, weight, and delivery requirements. Train, support, and lead warehouse associates while promoting a positive team environment. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, lifts, and other warehouse equipment safely. Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in full physical inventory counts. Ensure a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while performing additional duties as assigned.
