Arden, NC Full-Time, 1st Shift, Monday - Friday Seasonal Position w/ potential overtime

Pay Rate:

Requirements:

What You'll Do You will rotate between Fulfillment as well as other departments as needed to help our warehouse operate efficiently.

Your day may include:

Picking customer orders using a tablet and barcode scanner Locating products throughout the warehouse quickly and accurately Verifying product quantities and order accuracy Packing customer orders ranging from small seed packets to large boxes Preparing packages for shipment by sealing, labeling, and staging orders for carrier pickup Selecting the appropriate shipping method and verifying shipment information Moving completed orders to designated shipping areas Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and stocked Assisting with inventory replenishment, product packing, counting inventory, and other warehouse tasks as needed Following all safety procedures and standard operating practices What We're Looking For We're looking for dependable individuals who: Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment Have strong attention to detail Can work independently while also supporting a team Learn new technology quickly Take pride in doing quality work Have a positive attitude and excellent attendance Can stay productive during busy seasonal periods Warehouse shipping and picking experience is helpful, but we are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn. Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent Basic computer and tablet skills Ability to use handheld barcode scanners Ability to work on your feet throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Preferred Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, or order picking experience Experience with inventory or warehouse management software Experience working in e-commerce or distribution environments Equipment You'll Use Tablets Barcode scanners Shipping software Label printers Digital scales Picking carts Manual and electric pallet jacks Packing equipment and warehouse tools Physical Requirements This is an active warehouse position requiring frequent: Standing and walking throughout an entire shift Bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling Lifting up to 50 pounds Repetitive hand movements while picking and packing Working in varying warehouse temperatures during peak seasons Why Eden Brothers?
