Job Description
Warehouse Specialist Full-time Job Summary:
We are seeking Warehouse specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse duties including but not limited to loading & unloading trucks & containers, stock movement, shipping orders, heavy lifting, use of forklift, order picker and pallet jacks, warehouse organization, inventory control. Knowledge of handled inventory scanners and use of a computer.Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing stock efficiently
- Handle materials with care to prevent damage
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness
- Package items securely for shipment/double checking of packing list to pulled stock
- Inventory control/verification
- Practice safe warehouse standards
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as required
- Utilize forklifts, order-picker and pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse
Requirements:
Experience in a warehouse environment, Ability to perform physical tasks including heavy lifting, Proficient in warehouse safety practices and computers. Knowledge of order pulling, pelletizing and ability to be a team player, forklift certification a plus. Full-time, Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00.Location:
