Warehouse Associate — Shipping & Receiving East Perry | Sweeten Creek Rd, Asheville, NC | Full-Time About Us East Perry is a growing e-commerce brand specializing in premium sheepskin wellness and home décor products. We're looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our operations team and help us keep orders moving accurately and on time. About the Role You'll be a key part of our fulfillment operation, responsible for the full shipping and receiving cycle — from processing incoming vendor shipments to picking, packing, and shipping customer orders. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in accuracy and keeping a warehouse running smoothly. As East Perry continues to grow, the day-to-day duties of this role are evolving too. We're looking for someone who's comfortable with that — willing to adapt, pick up new responsibilities, and move with whatever the business needs at the time. What You'll Do Receive, inspect, and process incoming vendor and supplier shipments Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule Process orders and update shipment tracking through Shopify Maintain accurate inventory counts and flag discrepancies Organize and maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment Support cycle counts and periodic physical inventory checks Communicate with the operations team on order status, delays, or supply issues What We're Looking For Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or fulfillment role Experience working with Shopify preferred A dedicated individual who is reliable, punctual, and shows up on time, every time Strong attention to detail and accuracy, especially with order counts and labeling Ability to lift and move packages in the 25-50 lb range Comfortable with basic computer systems and learning new software No forklift experience necessary Able to work independently or as part of a small team Flexible and adaptable — comfortable taking on new or changing responsibilities as the company grows
