Ghost Fitness is looking for a passionate, professional Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join our private personal training and wellness studio. This is a part-time studio rental opportunity for an independent massage therapist , not a traditional hourly employee position. It is a great fit for an LMT who wants to grow their own massage business without the expense of opening and maintaining a studio of their own.

We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, personable, and passionate about helping people feel and move better. We want someone who will complement the welcoming, supportive environment we've created at Ghost Fitness and who is interested in building a long-term working relationship with the studio. The ideal therapist may provide services such as: Swedish massage Deep tissue massage Sports massage Trigger point therapy Recovery-focused massage Mobility and relaxation-focused massage Other massage modalities within their professional scope of practice Experience working with active adults, athletes, personal training clients, or individuals experiencing muscle tightness and soreness is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Provide professional, high-quality massage therapy services tailored to each client's individual needs and goals. Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and welcoming treatment environment. Communicate professionally with clients regarding appointments, treatment goals, and appropriate post-session recommendations. Manage your own scheduling, client communication, and massage services as an independent professional. Maintain all required North Carolina massage therapy licensing, insurance, and professional requirements. Provide excellent client service and contribute positively to the Ghost Fitness environment.
Requirements:
Current and valid North Carolina Massage & Bodywork Therapist license Professional liability insurance Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology Excellent communication and client-service skills Reliable, professional, and self-motivated Comfortable working independently Passion for fitness, recovery, wellness, and helping clients feel their best Experience is preferred, but we are also open to the right therapist who is motivated to grow their clientele and practice.
