Description:
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-3 years of experience in a warehouse such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping
  • Basic Outlook and Excel skills (must be able to communicate proficiently via email)
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs Warehouse Operations
  • Perform daily processing of IT RMA equipment which includes scanning assets, unboxing equipment, and sorting for disposal or retention.
  • Assist in hard drive removal from returned PC/Laptops/Servers as well as recording of asset/serial information into a spreadsheet
  • Assist in preparation of returned equipment for destruction or sale
  • Forklift operation (training provided) Receiving Operations
  • Load and unload trucks with pallet jack and/or forklift
  • Verify counts of incoming shipments against packing slips and PO's
  • Receive items in the ERP system
  • Tag pallets and boxes with appropriate item numbers/descriptions
  • Put incoming inventory away in designated locations Shipping Operations
  • Pick and complete orders in scanning gun
  • Pack orders for shipment
  • Ship orders using Fedex and UPS terminals
  • Replenish stock as needed from overstock locations Miscellaneous Operations (technical)
  • Monitor testing
  • Security Protocol configuration of HP Printers
