Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in a warehouse such as receiving, picking, packing, shipping
Basic Outlook and Excel skills (must be able to communicate proficiently via email)
Ability to lift up to 50lbs Warehouse Operations
Perform daily processing of IT RMA equipment which includes scanning assets, unboxing equipment, and sorting for disposal or retention.
Assist in hard drive removal from returned PC/Laptops/Servers as well as recording of asset/serial information into a spreadsheet
Assist in preparation of returned equipment for destruction or sale
Forklift operation (training provided) Receiving Operations
Load and unload trucks with pallet jack and/or forklift
Verify counts of incoming shipments against packing slips and PO's
Receive items in the ERP system
Tag pallets and boxes with appropriate item numbers/descriptions
Put incoming inventory away in designated locations Shipping Operations
Pick and complete orders in scanning gun
Pack orders for shipment
Ship orders using Fedex and UPS terminals
Replenish stock as needed from overstock locations Miscellaneous Operations (technical)
Monitor testing
Security Protocol configuration of HP Printers
