Pay:
$20.00-$21.50 per hour +
Schedule:
Rotating 12-hour shifts — 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on, with every other weekend off +
Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM +
Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM •What You'll Do•As a Material Handler, you'll be instrumental in maintaining smooth production flow by ensuring materials are properly transported, staged, and ready for use.
Your responsibilities include:
+ Moving, stocking, and staging raw materials and finished products for manufacturing processes + Safely operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment to transfer materials throughout the facility + Collaborating with production and other departments to support daily manufacturing operations + Organizing, labeling, and managing inventory for accuracy + Performing material handling tasks according to production needs + Keeping work areas clean and safe by following all safety protocols + Conducting daily equipment cleaning and routine maintenance, including work on automated systems •What We're Looking For•+ High school diploma or GED required + 1-2 years of manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred + Forklift certification (or the ability to obtain one) is required + Proficiency in operating material-handling equipment such as forklifts and lifts, or willingness to learn + Basic understanding of paper stock materials and production processes is a plus + Strong math skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately + Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and a teamwork-oriented mindset focused on safety + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform physical duties reliably + Punctuality and flexibility to work overtime as needed •Why Choose This Opportunity?•+ Competitive pay with weekly dispersals + Benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) + Career growth and advancement opportunities within a stable, team-oriented environment + A long-term role that offers stability and a chance to develop your skills in manufacturing Ready to build a steady, rewarding career? Pay Details:
