General Laborer -

Pool Installation & Maintenance Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking General Laborer to assist with swimming pool installation, maintenance, and related outdoor work. This is a hands-on position that involves working outdoors and helping the crew complete pool projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Assist with swimming pool installation and construction Help with digging, grading, leveling, and preparing work areas Load, unload, and move materials, tools, and equipment Assist with pool maintenance and cleaning Help with repairs and general upkeep of pools and pool equipment Use hand tools and basic equipment as needed Keep work areas clean and organized Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors Work as part of a team to complete projects on schedule Perform other general labor duties as needed

Qualifications:

Dependable and willing to work hard Able to work outdoors in various weather conditions Able to lift and move heavy materials Comfortable performing physical work for extended periods Good attendance and a positive attitude Ability to follow directions and work well with others Previous construction, landscaping, pool, or maintenance experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional overtime or weekend work depending on projects.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the workday. Experience with pools, construction, landscaping, or maintenance is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person.
