Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and materials handling. This position requires a strong focus on maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Responsibilities Manage inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels. Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks. Perform heavy lifting and materials handling tasks as required. Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods. Order picking and inventory tracking Participate in staging and labeling products for shipment. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and efficiently. Support warehouse associates and office staff in daily operations and contribute to team goals. Skills Proven experience in warehouse or distribution environments. Familiarity with inventory management systems Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely. Experience with order fulfillment processes, including picking, staging, & palletizing Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate order processing. Capability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily responsibilities. Previous experience in manufacturing or construction settings is a plus.
