Shift:

2nd Shift — 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM Essential Duties & Responsibilities Forklift Operator Duties Pull collection carts to designated outdoor locations. Load pallets, cardboard, and plastics onto carts; offload them at recycling areas. Collect and load pallets into the pallet trailer. Tugger Operator Duties Manage trash and recycling collection throughout the main plant. Connect to hoppers and transport materials to proper disposal/recycling areas. Operate and maintain the trash compactor. General Duties Perform assigned material handling and facility support tasks safely and efficiently. Follow all site safety standards, procedures, and PPE requirements. Requirements Must be at least 18 years old. Must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Must pass a Cisive background check and drug screen prior to starting. A contingent start may be approved if necessary.

Required PPE:

Steel-toed boots (uniforms available for purchase after two weeks).

Education / Experience

/ Skills High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred:

0-4 years of related experience. Forklift or tugger experience strongly preferred. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Work Environment & Physical Requirements Must be able to use motor coordination with arm, hand, finger, and leg dexterity. Frequent physical activity required, including handling objects up to 50 lbs . Role includes pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, and lifting throughout the shift. Work is performed inside a material recycling facility. Environment may involve fluctuating temperatures, dirt, odors, and consistent noise.
