This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Primary Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments of products. Sort, organize, and store products in designated areas within the warehouse. Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and packaging of products. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and staging products for delivery. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner. Communicate effectively with supervisors, colleagues, and store management regarding any changes, delays, or issues. Safely drive a delivery vehicle and follow established routes and schedules for efficient and timely deliveries. Maintain delivery vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance issues. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of safety hazards, all while following all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Prior experience in a warehouse or delivery role is preferred. Prior experience driving a box truck is preferred. Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and safe handling of products. Familiarity with local roads and traffic regulations. Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately complete paperwork and maintain records. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if required. Work well with others, including fellow warehouse associates and store associates. Must be at least 18 years old.
