About the role Are you a highly motivated, dependable individual looking to join our team as Material Handler? This position is responsible for keeping materials organized and supplied to the appropriate lines.

FIRST SHIFT, MONDAY-FRIDAY

(8AM-4PM)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate a forklift to maneuver materials and ensure all lines stay supplied with the appropriate materials. Assume ownership of the cleanliness and organization of the material area. Drive facility organization and cleanliness by assuring things are stored in the correct places and following FIFO standards. Maintain and fill out a daily forklift checklist before every shift. Assist with any other operations as directed for production needs, including duties off the lift.

Qualifications:

Must have forklift certification and be willing to obtain specific certification requirements as needed per company policies. Must know and comply with all safety standards and processes. Must follow all forklift safety policies and procedures at all times. Maintains a work pace appropriate to the workload to meet production goals. Able to walk, stand, and maneuver on uneven surfaces as needed Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to work cooperatively in a team Must be able to understand and follow instructions with minimum supervision.
