Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable General Laborer to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you will perform essential physical tasks that support manufacturing and production operations. Duties Assist with the setup, cleaning, and organization of work areas to maintain a safe and efficient environment Perform heavy lifting and manual handling of materials, equipment, and supplies in accordance with safety standards Support manufacturing processes by preparing materials, loading/unloading items, and moving products within the project site Follow strict safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times Conduct routine inspections of tools and machinery to ensure proper functioning and adherence to safety standards in production Assist skilled trades or technicians with basic mechanical tasks as needed Maintain cleanliness of work areas, including disposal of waste materials and debris Requirements Ability to perform heavy lifting regularly and work in physically demanding environments Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with manufacturing processes is preferred Understanding of safety standards in production environments, including PPE use and hazard awareness Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions carefully and work effectively within a team setting Prior experience in manufacturing or general labor roles is advantageous but not mandatory Join us to be part of a vibrant team where your physical effort makes a real difference!
