Assistant Superintendent Commercial & Multifamily Construction Locations:
Charlotte, NC | Greensboro, NC | Raleigh, NC | Charleston, SC We are seeking Assistant Superintendents to join our growing Commercial and Multifamily Construction teams. Responsibilities Assist the Superintendent with daily on-site construction operations Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and deliveries Monitor project schedules and help maintain production goals Enforce safety standards and company policies on the jobsite Conduct quality control inspections and address field issues Track project progress and communicate updates to the project team Help ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards Maintain daily reports, punch lists, and closeout documentation Qualifications 1+ years of construction experience in a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent, Foreman, or related role Commercial or multifamily construction experience preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Working knowledge of construction scheduling and field coordination Experience with Procore and other construction management software is a plus Benefits Medical Vision Dental Company Truck PTO 401k Per Diem For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
